26 August 2015 - Chou pastry (éclairs, choux, réligieuses)
29 August 2015 - French menu: Auvergne
5 September 2015 - French tarts: lemon and chocolate tart
9 September 2015 -Tapas
17 September 2015 - Cheesecake
22 September 2015 - French menu: Provence
25 September 2015 - Macarons
30 September 2015 - Cakes
3 October 2015 - Grains: spelt, bulghur, quinoa
6 October 2015 - Petits fours
14 October 2015 - Thai menu
17 October 2015 - Jam and marmelade

For these classes you can participate individually or you can book with your own group. Each cooking group consists of 5 to 10 students maximum.
Evening classes begin at 6.PM. Estimated time to finish the class is 11 PM. Cookery lessons cost € 80,- per person including drinks. Coffee/tea, wine, non alcoholic drinks, beer and home made liquor are included, digestives on own account.

The pastry class, biscuit and chocolate lesson are afternoon classes and start at 2 PM. The pastry lesson costs € 55,- and the other sweet lessons (biscuits and chocolate) cost € 45,-.
